Why is servicing your Fire Alarm System so important?

It is essential that any business or property with a fire alarm system operates correctly in the event of a fire. Maintaining your system on a regular basis ensuring that you are always ready in the event of a fire and comply with current British Standards (BS5839) and is also a requirement of many insurance companies.

Your fire alarm system is not only in situ to protect your staff & visitors at the earliest sign of a possible fire, but also to protect the building.

As a minimum, we are here to service your fire alarm system twice per year. This is an absolute minimum as detailed within BS5839. However we cover a large variety of servicing, all the way down to weekly tests. 

We utilise our in-house I.T department, who have built a bespoke servicing software enabling all of our engineers to work from a tablet. All of our customers then have the capability to log in to their personal online account and view any reports, certificates or even invoices. Notes and comments can be uploaded to your account which then get viewed by our engineer, meaning that even if you aren't onsite, we will still work to your standards.
